DAY 25: "If you could have a conversation with your future self, what would you ask or tell them?" You're still alive, i mean you've not fallen to all the voices, all the suicidal thoughts. How has it been? Cause right now i feel like shit, i wear this mask incredibly well but deep down im on my knees, broken, unsure,and filled with doubt. I am clinically depressed, and every single morning is a battle of standing up. I can't tell anyone of all these because all my feelings just get thrown out and dismantled. I can't tell the people i care for cause what i had always been just invalidated and that i am a man with no right to cry or be weak. Self, how are you still up?
